Wedding Portrait and Photography Conference

Wedding Portrait and Photography Conference

What an exciting time I had at WPPI On the Road Tour this week. I had such a great time. All the big names were there doing what they do best, instructing, teaching us so that we can learn more. They themselves were even sitting in on some of the classes so that they could learn from each other.

Bob DavisDough GordonJerry GhionisRC ConcepcionPeter HurleyKevin Kubota, and JP Elario  just to name a few. I really would like to thank Jason Groupp and WPPI for bringing the show on the road and bringing it closer for those that weren't able to make it to the Las Vegas event. I had a great time and got some new tools.

I met all kinds of new vendors and got a chance to test their products. The people I met were different and spectacular in their own way. This was the most fun I've had this year and I'm really looking forward to the big WPPI event in Las Vegas next year.

If you don't know about WPPI I'm telling you to look them up right now and see what they have to offer. They are one of the biggest wedding and portrait event forums on the web and I think their membership is worth every dollar. I learned so many things in Lightroom, Photoshop,  new marketing ideas, all types of new speedlight tricks, different ways to light receptions, and so much more.

I'm really glad that I got the chance to go, and the people that I met were humble and willing to show you different things. That's the good thing about photographers, we're all different. No one photographer is the same, one person may do it this way and another may do it another way. Who is right? Both of them are right, it's all in what you like and what your clients like. If you are a photographer I advise you to be there next year, because the big event that's held in Las Vegas every year has to be awesome because this On the road show was spectacular.
